About Us
Since 2011, I've helped families and providers navigate the ABA experience.
I found myself in the world of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2011 when I accepted a role as an Intake & Authorizations Coordinator with a small private ABA agency in Missouri. Those early days of my career felt like a crash course in all things ABA and I quickly had to learn how to navigate not just state HCBS waiver systems but the newly mandated and often chaotic world of commercial insurance coverage for Autism. I spent months pouring over state mandate and medical necessity documents, attending state training sessions, and even flying out for a conference or two until it clicked.
It became alarmingly clear that parents and providers alike did not have the knowledge or resource I now possessed. It became my personal mission to navigate people through the “behind the scenes magic” of ABA. Each conversation with a parent, approved insurance authorization request, and resource provided lit a passion in me that has not extinguished.
Over the last 12 years, I have worn many hats in the ABA industry, including insurance credentialing, marketing & outreach, business development, operations, process development and implementation, CRM management, and a variety of senior leadership roles in both BCBA-owned and private-equity backed agencies. I now work as a private consultant for these agencies with the goal of taking the guesswork out of process development & implementation, insurance & operations trainings, CRM setup, as well as growth through community outreach & marketing.
